Cell incubators

In an incubator, controlled conditions are created in the laboratory for various growth processes. A controlled microclimate is created with defined conditions, e.g. for the temperature. In a CO2 incubator, mainly cells are cultivated and the humidity and carbon dioxide content are also regulated for this purpose.

MicroSENS Hightemp IR CO2-Sensor Incubator

MicroSENS - CO2 infrared gas sensor for diffusion-based gas analysis

The gas sensor measures and monitors the concentration of carbon dioxide in medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnical incubators in order to optimally control cell and tissue growth. The CO2 sensor impresses with its low drift, high accuracy and long-term stable performance in daily use and is suitable for absorption distances of up to 50 mm. The sensor head is placed directly in the atmosphere to be measured. The probe can be heat-sterilized at up to 190 °C. This enables effective and reliable decontamination. The integrated compensation of temperature and pressure fluctuations results in fewer handling errors and easy integration of the gas sensor into the measuring system.

Gas sensors in the online store

MicroFLOW - Gas sensors for analysis applications and gas detectors

The flow sensor is specially designed for various gas measurement applications for absorption distances of up to 100 mm, such as environmental monitoring, process control or leak detection. Its design is particularly suitable for installation in mobile gas detectors. The sensor measures flammable and explosive gases such as methane or propane down to the lower explosion limit (0 - 4.4 vol%) and can be easily integrated into OEM systems. The inline sensor impresses during data acquisition in the field with its high accuracy, integrated temperature measurement and long-term stability due to the low signal drift.
