In our MEMS fab we are producing high quality IR emitter chips with best performance. These IR chips are key components for manufacturing high-performance IR emitter components in the Micro-Hybrid Electronics Assembly Hub in Germany.

Gas measurement In the spectral range from 2 μm to 12 μm up to the ppm range
MicroFLOW sensors were specially developed for high-quality NDIR gas analysis. In the spectral range from 2 μm to 12 μm, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons and nitrous oxide can be reliably detected up to the ppm range with this new sensor platform. In order to be able to adapt gas analyses as flexibly as possible to individual measurement tasks, the individual components designed modularly. This resulted in a »modular system« in which the various photometric components such as detectors, emitters, measuring sample cell, etc. can be exchanged. Aluminium with bright gold coating and passivated stainless steel is used as the standard sample cell material. PEEK (polyetheretherketoe) is also available for special applications.

All-in-one test kit for the evaluation of IR emitters and IR detectors
With the eNDIRi² evaluation kit basic, thermopile or pyroelectric detectors can be tested and evaluated together with the IR emitters from Micro-Hybrid. You can optimise the operating parameters for the respective application using the software. The simple control of the IR emitter as well as the readout and monitoring of the output data of the detectors allow flexibility for testing and optimising your own gas measurement system. The measuring cuvette included in the set enables measurements to be taken in the shortest possible time.
The eNDIRi² evaluation kit basic contains all the hardware you need for a test setup under laboratory conditions. The eNDIRi2-app software developed specifically for the eNDIRi² is available free of charge. Your NDIR evaluation kit 2.0 basic is ready to use immediately. You save valuable time in the project as you do not have to develop your own circuit or software for initial test measurements.
