HermeSEAL JSIR 350-4 Emitter, TO 39 with cap and Si ARC-window
Premium infrared emitter with a high performance nanoamorphous carbon membrane. This achieves membrane temperatures of up to 850 °C for high and long-term stable radiation output. The JSIR 350 IR emitter in the HermeSEAL® option is a high performance emitter for particularly demanding gas analysis applications in medicine, industry and aerospace. The packaging version is in the standard TO39 housing with reflector and window (SiARC). and optimizes the emission in the wavelength range from 2 to 15,5 µm. Due to the HermeSEAL® technology option, this IR illuminator can be used in harsh environments and is insensitive to high temperatures, humidity or aggressive media. In the patented HermseSEAL® packaging process, filters are connected to the housing by soldering instead of the conventional adhesive technology. This is the only way to ensure that the inside of the housing is hermetically sealed and the sensitive membrane of the infrared source is protected from harmful environmental influences. This increases the service life and reliability. The emitter can be used with MTS thermopile detectors or with MPS pyro detectors. The combination with Micro-Hybrid IR detectors guarantees optimum performance and ensures precise measurement results for the analysis of gas concentrations. Our sales team will be happy to advise you on customization and scale prices for high volumes. For further technical information please refer to the data sheet.Starting from

MicroFLOW CO2 . 50 Vol.-%
The MicroFLOW CO2.50 Vol.-% sensor is suitable for a wide range of demanding applications that require precision and reliability. FIELDS OF APPLICATION Industrial: Precise measurement of carbon dioxide in industrial processes, such as chemical production, wastewater treatment, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, is crucial for process parameter control, enhancing product quality and efficiency. NDIR gas measurements in industrial food technology help manage the environment in warehouses, storage bins, and production facilities to ensure optimal storage conditions for food, ensuring high product quality and shelf life. Mobility: In the field of traffic monitoring and exhaust gas analysis, NDIR technology is essential for the measurement of carbon dioxide emissions from vehicles. This technology is an important tool in the enforcement of environmental standards and the reduction of pollution. Agricultural technology: By precisely measuring and controlling the CO2 concentration, optimal plant growing conditions can be created, leading to improved quality. Controlling the atmosphere in greenhouses is crucial for plant growth and crop yields. TOC: This technology enables the accurate measurement of carbon compounds in various samples, which is critical in many scientific and industrial applications. TOC (total organic carbon) is a technology that accurately measures the sum of all carbon compounds in a sample originating from organic compounds. This measurement method is utilized in water and wastewater analysis to determine the presence of organic contaminants and assess water purity and quality. TOC is also measured for solids. Catalytic combustion is the process by which a portion of the sample is burned in an oxygen gas stream in a furnace at high temperatures. All organic substances are converted to carbon dioxide and recorded by the NDIR gas measurement. MEASUREMENT ACCURACY Our NDIR gas sensor provides accurate CO2 analysis. In the 0 - 50 % volume measuring range, the maximum deviation in measured gas concentration is less than 1 %, thanks to the 10-point linearization. The sensor detects even the slightest gas concentration changes and supports a selectable application measuring range (e.g., 1 vol. %) within the entire measuring range. Measurement deviations caused by pressure fluctuations or changes in barometric pressure are automatically compensated by the µP.sens pressure sensor in the cell block (< 0.1 % / 10 hPa). This eliminates the risk of leakage and measurement bias. Integrating the pressure sensor into the cell block reduces the space required compared to similar sensing modules. To ensure accuracy, every sensor module is temperature compensated. Each sensor is tested and calibrated in the climate chamber. We record and correct the error curve during measurement using a test gas of specified concentration. Testing and correction is performed at the zero and span points as well as at other typical temperatures within the sensor's operating range of 5 - 45 °C. This ensures a maximum deviation of less than 1 % per 10 K. RANGE OF FUNCTIONS The standard digital interfaces in industry, RS232 and CAN-Bus, are both available. Choose one using the optional accessories and the MARSlight software. Please follow the instructions in the software manual. The cuvette is optimized for carbon dioxide in the measuring range of up to 50 % by volume. Unlike conventional sensors, our sensor can measure over a wide pressure range of 300 - 1200 hPa. This expands the range of applications, e.g. for applications at higher altitudes or for systems working with negative pressure. LIFETIME Anodized aluminum gas connector blocks with high chemical resistance ensure long life and reliability in harsh environments. Stainless steel gas connections also ensure durability. Premature component failure is prevented by climatic chamber testing in the operating temperature range. INSTALLATION AND OPERATION You can download the MARS light software specially developed for the gas sensors free of charge. Your gas sensor is ready to use. You save time on your measurement project as you do not have to develop your own software for initial test measurements. The sensor requires very low input power. It is less than one watt and therefore suitable for use in battery-operated devices. The wide voltage range of 9 to 30 volts makes it easy to integrate into most existing systems. Depending on the application, it might be necessary to cool or heat the gases prior to the actual analysis. By monitoring the gas temperature in the measurement system, possible condensation effects of the gas in the cuvette are avoided. Unlike many comparable products, the modular design makes cleaning and maintenance very easy. All setup and operating information is included in the manual.
